Get an essential oils diffuser (I use only “old school” diffusers, the ones with the candles under, but any diffuser will do). So just play and create the following synergies that will help fighting against gloomy thoughts and really lift your spirit:

Red mandarin essential oil; citrus reticulata: calms and relieves stress

Orange essential oil: citrus aurantium; relaxing, mood-enhancing

Lemongrass essential oil: cymbopogon citratus; reviving, energizing, stimulating

The amount of drops depends on the size of your diffuser but for a common one, just mix 2 drops of each oil in a small amount of water and light the candle.
