« ER » MASSAGE OIL

When you feel under the weather, this combination of essential oils will help you BREATHE and your immune system fight. Morning and evening, rub your chest and entire back with this massage oil. You can also apply it 3 to 4 times a week just to support your body. It is not a medication and it should not be a substitute for any medical prescription.

What you need:

30 ml of nigella (nigella is black cumin oil; this is extremely helpful to strengthen the immune system but the smell is quite strong. So for those who cannot stand it, you can replace it by sweet almond oil or sesame oil).

10 ml of wheat germ oil; revitalizing, regenerating (optional; if you choose not to add it, put 40 ml of nigella)

4 drops of ravensara essential oil; ravensara aromatica; immuno-stimulant; fights viruses
4 drops of lavender essential oil; lavendula vera; helps clearing mucus and regenerate the respiratory system
3 drops of rosemary essential oil; rosmarinus officinalis; stimulating; cleansing; clears the head and helps the respiratory system to clear.
2 drops of pine essential oil; pinus sylvestris; antiseptic, warming, cleansing.

Create:

Mix all the ingredients in a 50 ml glass bottle. Make sure that you respect the above quantities. Shake well. Now you just have to find a generous person to give you a massage. If not, massage your abdomen, neck and lower back. Then stay warm!
