Yoga has become the über trend. I see it as a particularly good news, actually. I have been practising Ashtanga Yoga since 2002. It brought me a lot of physical and emotional strength. It’s a self-practice, a form of moving meditation, always there no matter what. To share this Art with you, I featured fellow yogis and yoginis in their favorite pose, asking them what Yoga means to them and why they could probably not imagine their life without it.
I particularly like this pose. To me, it is one of the best reminders of the fact that it is nothing else but what happens inside that counts. It is one of the asanas that help me the most to feel calm, focused and totally grounded.
