Summer antioxidant breakfast

I recently decided to try acai powder in its dry, pure and simple form, just to add it to an already antioxidant-packed base of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and Goji berries. It’s delicious as is and the amount of antioxidants you get in there is worth all the possible food supplements you can think of. The full breakfast recipe also contains healthy fats, proteins and probiotics.

How to do it:

Mix the amount of organic blueberries, strawberries and blackberries you wish in a bowl. Then, add 2 teaspoons of acai powder, 2 teaspoon of coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons of coconut kefir, 1 small plain organic goat or sheep yogurt, 1/2 avocado and 1 teaspoon of Goji berries. You can add a little bit of stevia, coconut sugar or honey if you want to add a sweet taste.
