Summer is beautiful. Liberating and sensual. We take off the layers and show more of our skin. This is our widest organ and yes, it needs to be protected as much as possible. For that, there is not only sunscreen. Try to eat plenty of antioxidant-rich food, avoid extended sun exposure and of course use sunscreen, but choose creams or sprays that show a « 100% mineral » sunscreen specified on the label.
