Yoga has become the über trend. I see it as a particularly good news. I started practising Yoga in 1997 and have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2002. I am also a certified Yoga teacher. I added a Kundalini practice in 2017, which I find equally transformative. Both bring me a lot of physical and emotional strength. To share this Art with you, I featured a few of my favorite asanas and some of my fellow yogis and yoginis in their favorite poses. Everyone shares a bit about what Yoga means to them and why they could probably not imagine their life without it.

In this pose, I love the feeling of deep grounding while the thoracic cage and heart open and totally surrender. My daily practice helps me to stay centered and calm when I am off the mat. And this one of the goal of practicing yoga.
