Yoga has become the über trend. I see it as a particularly good news. I started practising Yoga in 1997 and have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2002. I am also a certified Yoga teacher. I added a Kundalini practice in 2017, which I find equally transformative. Both bring me a lot of physical and emotional strength. To share this Art with you, I featured a few of my favorite asanas and some of my fellow yogis and yoginis in their favorite poses. Everyone shares a bit about what Yoga means to them and why they could probably not imagine their life without it.
I particularly like this pose. To me, it is one of the best reminders of the fact that it is nothing else but what happens inside that counts. It is one of the asanas that help me the most to feel calm, focused and totally grounded.
