This is a very easy recipe to create. It can do it all. I use it for hair and body to hydrate, moisturize, nourish and condition deeply.

For the hair, I apply it either on the ends, or as a mask on the whole head. If you use it as a mask, you will need to take the amount needed according to the length and thickness of your hair. Massage the skull and comb gently. Put a towel on the head and keep it for 30 minutes. Then rinse with a very gentle organic shampoo. For the body, depending on the season, I use it either only on the hands and lips or on the whole body. Coconut oil is one of the  most beautiful treasures out there and I really enjoy, even on its own, without any essential oils added.

What you need (choose all organic if possible):

Coconut oil (it shows as a solid white balm)

Grapeseed oil

Benzoin essential oil (it’s actually a resin, so it is quite thick)

Rosemary essential oil

Lavender essential oil

A glass bowl

A spoon

The ratio to be used it approximately 2 spoons of coconut oil to 1 spoon of grape seed oil. This will make the balm softer and it will be easier to mix the essential oils. I love to use a very little concentration of essential oils for this balm. So, for the 2 to 1 ratio, I would recommend 3 drops of each essential oil. Then stir with the spoon until the mix becomes homogeneous. Lastly, pour it in a small container. I personally recycle lip balms aluminum containers but glass is always better if you find. Then keep it in the fridge.
