Summer is liberating and sensual. We take layers off, show more of our skin, are bathed with light. Our skin is our widest organ, so strong and so sensitive at the same time. Permeable and waterproof at the same time. We can think of exterior sources of protections like mineral (always) sunscreens, but mainly think of the following: eat plenty of antioxidant-rich food and really, really avoid extended sun exposure. Like with everything, it’s about portion control and try to be reasonable. For the fun, pick some of my Summer recipes and try them out. Help your body protect itself and most importantly enjoy the process of loving yourself and play.
